Eating Excitement

It is very irrational to have a favorite restaurant that is part of a chain. However when my feet hit the sand and the trade winds flop around the palm thatched palapas I am in the zone. Complete relaxation at the Hula Grill in Maui.

A Month In Paradise

The first day of any trip usually involves decisions about packing, the essentials and schedules. No different here except for this concern over underwear. Do I have enough or do I have too many.

A month by the beach and board shorts will get old but why not make that part of the journey. An attempt to go without underwear might be interesting however my wife might not be all that amused with my quest.

I'm off to the airport with about 5 days worth of clothing for a trip that should take at least 28.

I probably am a little off.

Freshly made tortillas are great but drop some puerco pibil on top of them and you can be sure I'll be eating quite a few.
